Jazmine has been an American actress and singer-songwriter that received critical acclaim following her first releases. Jazmine was nominated in various Grammy Awards categories, including the categories of Best New Artist and the Best R&B Female Vocal Performance. National Public Radio ranked Bust Your Windows as number 137 on their list of the 200 greatest songs by 21st century women. Jazmine was a graduate of The Philadelphia High School for the Creative and Performing Arts in 2005 and earned a bachelor's degree in vocal music.
